Fork'd is passionate about using fresh ingredients sourced from local farms, supporting our community with every delicious bite. Each pierogi is lovingly crafted by hand in our kitchen, filled mouthwatering potatoes (unless specified otherwise). Plus, gluten-free options are available upon request!
For orders over two dozen, please give us at least 48 hours to prepare your tasty treats. You will find Fork'd Pierogies every Sunday at Hunterdon Community Farmers Market!
About Us
Owners Abbey and Cathal Gordon both grew up in small towns on different continents. The FORK’D pierogi kitchen merges Abbey’s mid-western American recipes with Cathal’s traditional Irish flare. From growing up on a farm, Abbey’s experience brings a whole new meaning to homestyle cooking that is reflected in their signature pierogies.
