From Nurse To Baker…
Like many, the pandemic profoundly changed Rochelle. That time offered her a fresh perspective on life, and prompted her to prioritize her own aspirations. After working in nursing for many years and learning invaluable lessons about preventative care, Rochelle realized it wasn’t her true calling. She decided to embrace what she genuinely defined as happiness, and ventured into the culinary world, securing positions as an assistant chef in several local establishments. That experience solidified Rochelle's belief in her culinary talents and inspired Living Smart Granola.
