This Sunday, July 6th, we invite you to join the Kick Butt Kids 4-H Goat Club at the Hunterdon Community Farmers Market, and you might just meet a few of their four-legged friends!
The Kick Butt Kids 4-H Goat Club spends all year learning about the proper care, nutrition, and different breeds of goats. Club members enjoy sampling delicious products made from goat milk, learning about field crops, and producing good quality hay, along with veterinary care and general maintenance of goats. Goats make very enjoyable pets, and are friendly and very inquisitive. They are people-friendly animals and make the best pet. Club meets the 4th Monday of each month at the Extension Center through the winter months and does hands on activities with goats at the homes of club members.
Whether you are a long-time supporter of 4-H or new to the community, this event is a wonderful chance to connect with others, learn more about the benefits of 4-H membership, and enjoy a day filled with all things goats.

Parking is only $15 a car and there is NO per person admission charge at the gate!
There are new hours this year, but the same amount of fun! And, we’ve even got some amazing new entertainment and vendors lined up, it’s sure to be a great year!🐄🍦🎪🚜
