Since 2019, when Bill and Lorrie made Hunterdon County their home, they have been dedicated to bringing you the best grass and grain-fed beef around. Rooster Ranch offers many cuts of steak, London broil, roast, chuck, beef cubes, beef chip steaks, corned beef, soup bone. You can also order a whole, half or quarter share steer. Plus, don’t miss out on their whole chickens in the summer, farm-fresh eggs, and holiday turkeys—make sure to pre-order so you don't miss out!

Bill and Lorrie
In 2019, Bill and Lorrie embarked on a heartfelt journey when they started Rooster Ranch in picturesque Hunterdon County. With a mission to bring farm-fresh chicken, beef, and eggs to their community, they began raising animals that are grass-fed and pasture-raised. Their genuine love for the land and their animals shines through in every aspect of their farm. When they’re not tending to the ranch, Bill and Lorrie enjoy sharing the fruits of their labor with their four grandchildren, teaching them the importance of fresh food.
